Peaceful and serene. Guest access You have full access to the upstairs deck, water, yard and driveway. The owner shares the yard and beach with tenant, but tries to stay out of your way. Pontoon boat & Jet ski are for owner use only. Tenants can use all non powered boats. Enter the apartment through the door on the deck.
