Per parish rules, this rental is only available for a period of 30 days or longer. UPDATE: Unfortunately, the sunroom was destroyed in Hurricane Ida. Guests will have access to a patio with chairs adjacent to the Airbnb space. The interior of the space remains the same as listed & as pictures indicate. There is a full size bed as well as a queen size sofa bed, both which are very comfortable. The full bed has a memory foam topper and the sofa bed has a new memory foam mattress. There is a hair dryer and desktop mirror available as well. There is a mini fridge (4.5 cu ft with separate freezer) and microwave available for use in the rental. There is a cooktop with two cooking tops and skillet/pots/pans are provided. There is also a coffee maker, toaster oven, large griddle, & George Foreman grill, rice cooker & waffle maker. The rental includes a separate heating and air conditioning unit that can be adjusted to the guest's comfort level. The space includes a workspace perfect for business travel, with chair & desk large enough for most needs. Free wifi included! Take advantage of your host, who has their finger on the pulse of the city & can direct you to the right place for any genuine NOLA experience! There is a private entrance to the Airbnb behind the main house. Guests are free to use the breakfast patio adjacent (between main home & airbnb) to the Airbnb and the large, fenced in side yard. There is no parking in the driveway, street parking only. Street parking is always available and plentiful. Guests are free to have complete privacy or to meet with the hosts as desired. Less then 10 min drive to uptown & 15 min to downtown & French Quarter. Access to adjacent porch with breakfast nook for sipping coffee or reading in the comfortable NOLA weather. At night, turn on the string lights & light the citronella torches & enjoy a glass of wine. The house sits on a double lot with a huge fenced in yard. Guest binder is included with all of the inside info on the best restaurants & experiences in New Orleans! We have a cat & two dogs on the property. The dogs are mostly indoor, but one of the dogs is let out in the yard multiple times a day. The cat is mostly outdoor & you will see him hanging out on the property. The guest house is a completely separate building & the animals do not have any access to the interior of the guest house.
