Per parish rules, this rental is only available for a period of 30 days or longer. The space There is a full size bed as well as a queen size sofa bed, both which are very comfortable. There is a memory foam topper on both bed mattress and sofa bed mattress. There is a hair dryer and desktop mirror available as well. There is a mini fridge (4.5 cu ft with separate freezer) and microwave available for use in the rental. There is a cooktop with two cooking tops and skillet/pots/pans are provided. There is also a coffee maker, toaster oven, large griddle, & George Foreman grill, rice cooker & waffle maker. The rental includes a separate heating and air conditioning unit that can be adjusted to the guest's comfort level. The space includes a workspace perfect for business travel, with chair & desk large enough for most needs. Free wifi included! Take advantage of your host, who has their finger on the pulse of the city & can direct you to the right place for any genuine NOLA experience! Guest access There is a private entrance to the Airbnb behind the main house. There is a private back patio attached to the Airbnb, exclusively for our guests. There is no parking in the driveway, please use street parking only. Street parking is always available and plentiful. Other things to note The Airbnb has an attached brick patio that is private for our guests. There is patio furniture , as well as two small fountains, incense burners and an array of plants. I will periodically come to the patio to maintain the plants. The house sits on a double lot with a huge fenced in yard. Guest binder is included with all of the inside info on the best restaurants & experiences in New Orleans! We have two dogs on the property. The dogs are mostly indoor, but we will occasionally have them in our little dog lot between our home & the Airbnb. The guest house is a completely separate building & the dogs do not have any access to the interior of the guest house.
