Relax in our clean and comfortable private guest suite. Whether you are in town to visit family, attend a festival or tour this beautiful city, our home will be the perfect place to rest and be Your home away from home. The space The guest suite is a studio apartment in the back of our home. You will enter through our backyard where you'll find a private entrance. The space is similar to a studio apartment with the bedroom, living area and kitchenette in one large room. There is one closet to hang your clothes but we do not have dresser drawers. There is a couch, smart tv and desk/table in the living area. The private bathroom has a shower and all amenities. We have a mini split AC and heater which you can control. Please turn it off when you leave for the day. Guest access Please do not park in or block the driveway, there is plenty of free street parking. Other things to note We live with our kid in the home attached to the suite, so parties are strictly prohibited. We kindly ask you to be mindful of quiet hours between 10pm-7am. Please refrain from loud music, TV and talking loudly. We also ask that you respect our quiet neighborhood by entering and exiting respectfully and quietly.
