This house is also in the PERFECT Location (ONLY 1 block to beach, beach entrance & boardwalk) Sleeps families of 4-6. 2 parking spots onsite. ONLY WEEKLY Rentals ! 85% of renters are repeat guests-come see why! The space HOUSE - This new, pretty & CLEAN, private home has 2 bedrooms & sleeps families of 4-6. The master bedroom has a queen & twin, the 2nd bedroom has a twin & trundle (can convert to 1 or 2 twins or 1 queen bed). Our bedrooms have CLEAN pillows, mattress pads, bedspreads. Each bedroom has a closet, mirror & chest of drawers. The eat-in kitchen has new appliances as well as a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dinnerware, cutlery, pots & pans & lots more. The living room has leather furniture including a sleeper sofa with a full-sized bed. Also, there is a big screen TV with cable, free WIFI, DVD, books. Both the kitchen & living room boasts gorgeous views of the marina & stunning sunsets. The bathroom is newly tiled & has a tub & shower. Central air throughout + 4 adult beach passes provided as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart that rolls over sand & private shed. The LARGE, fenced-in backyard has a table, chairs, loungers & grill. Parking for 2 cars on-site. All you need to bring are your toiletries, foodstuff, sheets & towels (for bath & beach). We provide hand towels, dish & hand soap. However, we can provide linens to any out-of-town guests, upon request! ONLY WEEKLY RENTALS in Jun, Jul, Aug & Sep. Partial wks ONLY in Apr, May & end of Sept, Oct. Guest access The beach, beach entrance & boardwalk are only 1 block away (about 5 minute walk). Our beach is special as it has a food court, bar, bathrooms, snacks, ice cream, gift shop, bathhouses & outdoor showers for your use. Live music on most weekdays & all weekends. Other things to note We will meet all incoming guests, personally, to give them keys & wifi code upon check in. We have some beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys & beach cart in a private shed for your use. We also have a hose to rinse sand off. You just need to bring your own sheets, towels (for beach & bath), toiletries & food stuff. We do provide hand towels for kitchen & 2 bathrooms & handsoap. However, if you are traveling from out-of-town we can provide towels and/or sheets, upon prior request, fyi.
