Great 3 bedroom lower unit bungalow in Manoa. Very close to everything Oahu has to offer. Minutes to U of H, 5-10 minute drive to Waikiki and walking distance to Manoa Marketplace (Safeway, Starbucks and other shops/restaurants). Very safe area and always green. We just finished remodel but kept things original to the 1930 house. New upgrades include brand new kitchen, new carpeting, new beds and fresh paint. We also just remodeled the bathroom. We live in the upstairs portion of the house. We have several things for the beach including snorkel/fins, chairs, cooler, sunscreen, football, paddleball and towels. The rental is for the downstairs portion of the house and we live upstairs. We will respect your privacy only offer assistance if requested. We are super easy going and will assist in any way possible - just ask anytime. We are close to bus line which can take you most anywhere. Plenty of off street parking too.
