Relax in our spacious home in the perfect central Cape Cod location! A short bike ride or 4 minute drive to Craigville Beach. A BEACH PASS for Barnstable beaches is provided. OUTDOOR AREAS: our house is at the end of a short, private road - surrounded by trees. Half the road is paved & half is gravel. The expansive side patio has a fire pit, outdoor shower, and comfy lounge chairs. The deck overlooking the backyard is a perfect place for outdoor dining & sunning - or enjoy reading on the rocking chairs on the front porch. AMENITIES: fully equipped, our home has what you need! Gas grill, beach chairs & towels, lawn games, 4 bicycles - and more. The kitchen has a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, crock pot, basic spices, sugar, flour, coffee, etc. FIRST FLOOR: this is the hub of your vacation home, with an open kitchen-dining-family room (with gas fireplace), as well as a separate living room, laundry and half bath. The dining table expands to seat 10. SECOND FLOOR: large Master Bedroom with a king bed and ensuite master bathroom; as well as 2 more queen bedrooms and a full guest bath. THIRD FLOOR: the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds – and loads of privacy. This room does not rent in the winter, as there is no heat. (Please note the first step of the stairs is open in this bedroom, so not recommended for young children.) BASEMENT: another large family room provides the perfect place for both adults or children - with TV, foosball, ping pong, DVDs & board games. PARKING: 3 cars can park in the driveway and 1 in the garage. LOCATION: Centerville offers the perfect central location to explore the Cape. Just minutes away you’ll find beaches, biking, freshwater lakes, whale watching, restaurants, shopping - & more! For day trips to Nantucket & Martha’s Vineyard, the ferries are only 10 minutes away in Hyannis. LOCAL ACTIVITIES: we are a short walk to the historic Four Seas Ice Cream and just a few minutes drive (or bike) to popular beaches such as the warm water south side beaches, Craigville & Dowses, and a 20 minute drive to the 6-mile long Sandy Neck Beach on the north side.
