Pops River at Deja Vu is located along the Mighty Mississippi river, or as we call it - the east coast of Iowa. Explore one of Clinton's famous giant troll sculptures, located just one block away. Created by an internationally recognized artist, this larger-than-life public art installation has become one of the area's most popular attractions. As a special piece of local history, we were proud to host members of the construction team during the creation of this remarkable landmark. The space This unit is on the 3rd floor with access by enclosed stairway that is not handicapped accessible. We are a no smoking/vaping building. Not child friendly and no pets allowed. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, micro wave, toaster, blender, coffee pot and some pots, pans and dishes. Guest access You'll have full access to the apartment, plus a laundry room conveniently located at the back of the building. The machines operate with quarters, so you may want to have a few on hand. Your stay includes one reserved parking spot, marked with a sign reading "Parking for Pops River at Deja Vu - Violators will be towed." If you have additional vehicles, the city parking lot just kitty-corner from the building is available for your use.
