You will be given a key/door code to access the home and a key to lock your private room. The space - Living room has TV with chrome cast & Netflix - Queen bedroom has a TV with Apple TV/Netflix - Ideal for University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, University, business travelers, visiting Hawkeye games, family & friends and tourists. Guest access You have access to the lower level bedroom(s), bathroom, living room, kitchenette and the iron room. I live on the upper level and you ONLY have access to the laundry room which is by the main kitchen. Please notify the host when you would like to access the laundry room. Note: - The living room and kitchenette in the basement are shared with other Airbnb guests. - Upper level bedrooms, bathroom, living room, main kitchen, patio and garage are NOT INCLUDED in the listing.
