Our location provides easy access to the surrounding amenities & we are one of the closest condos to the Turtle Bay Resort and Kuilima Cove Beach. Rest assured that our 1 Bedroom + Loft will be ready for your trip, as we are one of the few condos that have a LEGAL NUC Certificate! The space - Hi speed Wifi for streaming or for checking the surf - King bed in master bedroom with private bath - Twin bed and full bed in loft (2nd bedroom). - Full Sofa bed in Great room w/ memory foam mattress - Split A/C in Family Room & Loft; window A/C in Master Bedroom and our condo has a great trade wind location - Smart TVs in Master Bedroom, Great room and Loft - Beach amenities for your use (chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, sand toys, cooler etc) - Pickleball and Tennis rackets for the adjacent tennis courts - Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap for your convenience - One of the closest condos to the Turtle Bay Resort and walking distance to the kid friendly beach - Close proximity to world famous surf beach spots (Pipeline, Sunset, Vland, etc) -Please note that some amenities may not be available due to Covid or due to previous guest misuse. * Please note for your safety we have an exterior ring doorbell camera located at the front door of the condo that will record when activated by motion. This is our "Home away from Home", so please take care of the condo as if it was your own. We do not give refunds or discounts for "acts of god" or inclement weather. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case you are unable to travel due to Covid or any other unforeseen circumstance. Our condo is located at Kuilima West Estates: 57-101 Kuilima Drive, Unit 198B, Kahuku, HI 96731 Guest access Pool and Pickleball/ tennis courts are in easy access to our condo. Other things to note -There may be additional fees incurred for damage, excess mess or loss of keys or parking permit -By booking our condo all guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own safety and actions and fully release owners, managers, cleaners and any affiliates from all liabilities, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death that may be sustained due to Covid-19 or any other incident. *We highly recommend you purchase CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) Travel Insurance. This will ensure that you are refunded in case you are unable to travel at the last minute due to Covid or any other unexpected circumstance. Service dogs are not permitted to be left unattended in the condo at any time and must be with you at all times. Failure to adhere to this rule is grounds for cancellation without a refund. These are the amounts of taxes passed on. You are taxed on the gross amount, which includes your nightly rate and cleaning fee: State TAT (10.25%), O‘ahu TAT (3%), and GET (4.5%) apply and are included in your total price. An example: If Room charge and Cleaning Fee: $1000, TAT = $110, GET= $45 and OTAT= $30. Total Taxes would be $185 per required lodging tax.
