Duplex Colonial home built in 1985 at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a spacious front yard (lot is 26,000 square feet) right off of Route 28. Enjoy your Cape getaway in the leftside apartment in our newly renovated house! Includes a private porch deck with a barbecue along with a picnic table in the yard. A/C in family room/dining area and in the master bedroom. Right side of house is not rented, used by owner. Located on the south side of Cape Cod in West Yarmouth, one mile from the beach. The space All furniture & furnishings are brand new or restored. Kitchen has been fully renovated with granite countertops and appliances are new. It opens into the dining area where you can sit and eat at the dining table or on the stools on the kitchen counter. Living room area includes a 39 inch smart television with cable tv, but you can sign in to your own Netflix and other subscriptions. Free full WiFi access throughout the house. Renovated Bathrooms include a toilet with vanity downstairs and full shower with bathtub and toilet with large vanity upstairs. They include hand soap and toilet paper. Master bedroom is very spacious with a reading area. The other two bedrooms are smaller but comfortable with a double bed in one and two single beds in the other. There is an outdoor hot water shower that’s useful especially after the beach. House was built slightly higher off the ground than most Cape Cod houses that are built close to the ground; so there is no musty ocean smell characteristic of many older houses there. It is on septic system. The interior is furnished in an updated modern beach house style. Guest access Guests will use the left side, number 33 of this two family duplex house built in 1985. You can use the entire driveway and the entire yard (half acre lot). Right side of house is not rented. It is used by us the owners on occasion on weekends unobtrusively. Other things to note Please nothing dumped into toilets other than toilet paper. It is on a septic system.
