Perfect for travel nurses, medical professionals, COVID contractors and movie. We have one queen bed in a separate bedroom and a twin tempeurpedic day bed with trundle in the main living space, there is a seating area, kitchen and wifi. It is next door to my business, which is only open for small events and office hours. The neighborhood is lovely and the apartment is steps from the new street car line. It is perfect for people who want a neighborhood, but also want to be close to the action. Lovely Marigny triangle apartment, blocks from Frenchman Street, easy walk to the French Quarter and just far enough away from the action to be cozy, but not too far away for fun. Full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with queen bed and one single day bed with trundle. Open floor plan. We don't have cable but we do have high speed internet, so you can stream away as much as you want. AC/Heat, Sound Machine, Alarm Clock. This is a personal residence, not a Vacation Rental. No smoking, no pets and treat it well, it is our home :) And again NO SMOKING! This apartment shares a wall with a business that is only occasionally open. We do have a sound machine to help and have installed soundboard between the walls. On occasion, I may need to contact the tenet in the event of a power outage or ac problem for access into the attic area. This is coordinated with the tenant. Based on guest feedback, we leave the alley closed and use the main entrance. We can set an alarm if you are comfortable with using it but accidental set off of the alarm is charged $300 (the police department bills us for false alarms). It is important that all guests keep their keys on them when leaving the apartment to make sure they can get back in. This building is from 1850 and the neighborhood is historic. At times, the water pressure is low in the shower, please note we are aware of the situation but the pipes from 1850 throughout the neighborhood :) Part of this charm is the history of the building. Great restaurants nearby, 24 hour bar 2 blocks away, bakery, cafes and jazz music within walking distance. Bus line and street car near by and easy cab ride or walk to the quarter. I love this neighborhood and my neighbors!! If you have any problems or need anything else, please let us know. Uber and lyft are great options. Don’t rule out the street car
