Perfect for multi-generational families or a group. This is the first offering of this property as a compound. Initially, we lived in the Main House but we are trying something different by offering our home exclusive to one group. We are in the process of updating some areas and will update photos as rooms are renovated. The space Our home is located on a quiet residential area 1 mile from the town of Vineyard Haven. There are 3 separate living areas offered on the property. We allow 10 guests maximum. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are also 2 kitchens and a kitchenette in the cottage. We just added a louvered pergola on the deck which provides outdoor dining for 10 guests. Guest access A gas grill is offered in the firepit area. Golf is a short drive or walk to Mink Meadows County Club which is open to the public.The town tennis courts are a 5 minute walk away. There is that summer classic : the outdoor shower for use of all our guests. A fire pit is on property. Other things to note We have gear for families with babies; Pack and Play, Changing Table etc Please inquire for specifics. We also have tons of beach gear should you need to borrow any chairs, umbrella, toys for the kids , etc.
