During your stay Maintenance requests: Please report maintenance issues as they arise so we can keep our units in good shape. Maintenance requests other than emergencies like fires, water leaks, or lock outs will take multiple days to resolve. Here are the steps that will occur: Someone will be by to investigate within a day or two of reporting the issue. It will take at least another several days after that to get the right part or schedule the right specialist to come by to fix the issue. We will be unable to give an exact time when a maintenance worker will be by to investigate an issue. It will be anytime between the hours of 9am and 7pm. There is no need to be there if you're out. Other things to note This is a furnished rental, not a vacation rental. One bed linen set and towel set will be provided. Any laundering of them during your stay will be your responsibility. A starting set of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and dish soap will be provided, but any refills are your responsibility. Since you are renting a private room in a multi bedroom apartment, you'll need to coordinate with your roommates about ensuring dishes are kept clean day to day. Maintenance requests other than emergencies like fires, water leaks, or lockouts will take more than one day to resolve.
