Only Registered Guests are allowed on the Property during your stay The space Built in 2010 with Geothermal Heating/Air Conditioning System. 2.5 miles of gravel road, driveway through the woods with incline up to the house, parking at top of driveway, close to the sunroom entry. Full kitchen: If you choose to stay in and prepare your own meals; supplied with Coffeemaker (filters, grinder, coffee), Tea Pot (variety of teas), Pans and Utensils, Dishes, Silverware, Glasses and Cups, Hand Towels and Dish Cloths, Soaps, some Spices and snacks. Everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Guest access Nightly rate listed is based on 1-6 person occupancy. Additional Fees apply for Larger Groups. Accommodations for up to 8 guests total. Only Registered Guests are allowed on the property during your stay. Children must be supervised at all times. Your Group, Large Or Small, Will Be The Only One On The Property During Your Stay; with access to the sunroom entry, decks, fire pit, 2.5 acres of walking trails and grounds. Other things to note The driveway has a steep incline up to the house: In normal weather conditions Front-Wheel-Drive Vehicles are fine.
