The best of all LBI worlds - Bay, Beach, and Pool

With 7 spread-out bedrooms, our house is perfect for families and big groups. Situated on one of the narrowest parts of the island, it is directly on a lagoon with bay access, yet just a short walk across the street is also the beach. The house has fantastic outside space, including a pool, several lounge chairs, dining table, grill and dock. Inside is spacious with many windows for natural light. A mile in either direction are restaurants, shops, and beach vacation required ice cream parlors. The space This house is perfect for big groups or multiple families. The rooms are all quite spread out, offering much opportunity for privacy, especially in the two large master bedrooms that are located on a second level. The location of the house offers the best of all worlds - situated directly on the Lagoon it has instant access to the Bay (with great sunset views!). The house has it's own in-ground pool - the perfect place to cool off when you need a break from the sand. (Note that the pool is not heated). Or, head to the beach - just a short 5-minute walk (or 2 minute drive - literally just across the street!) you are at the public beach access for Loveladies. The house comes with a parking pass for the public beach access as well as seasonal beach tags for use. Wifi throughout the house. Guest access When you reserve LBI Lagoon Getaway you'll have full access to the house as well as the pool and the several parking spaces in front of the house. Other things to note In the summer season the house rents from Friday (check in after 3pm) to Friday (check out by 11am). We do not rent to groups where all guests are under the age of 21. The pool is not heated.
