"Oh My Cod!" 'Sconset 75 steps to beach

Very Very Close to ATLANTIC OCEAN & 'Sconset Beach & playground. Charming codfisherman's house on quiet just down-bank from small village of 'Sconset w/ restaurants, shops, post office and bus to town. The space Upstairs: newly enlarged MAIN BEDROOM w/ QUEEN bed and TWIN DAY BED, & French doors to balcony. Flat screen smartTV. Seating area with desk. Vaulted ceiling - large room. Upstairs: large bathroom w/ shower stall. Downstairs: SUN BEDROOM w/ QUEEN BED & TWIN bed. Additional BEDROOM off kitchen called "THE CAPTAIN'S ROOM" w/ TWIN bed. Eat in KITCHEN -fully equipped. LIVING ROOM w/ smart flat screen TV. Downstairs BATHROOM: antique claw & ball tub & shower. LAUNDRY ROOM: washer/dryer & utility sink. Wifi, high speed internet and landline. Outdoors: front porch with seating and small dining table. Rear yard has seating for 6 with gas grill. Guest access Guests will have access to entire house, outdoor shower and parking. The outdoor shower is shared with my other cottage: "Leap O'Faith" which faces Codfish Park Road and is diagonally behind "Oh my Cod!" Parking is located in a shared shell covered area behind the house which is accessed from either Bank Street or Codfish Park Road via Fawcett Lane (small alley way cut through) Please park as close to one side as possible in parking area. You are entitled to ONE spot. Other things to note 1) Dogs are charged at an additional $20 per day with a 2 dog maximum. NO CATS. 2) All garbage, trash and recycled materials must be sorted according to instructions provided. Failure to properly sort and dispose of trash, etc. will result in a request for additional funds from Airbnb. 3) Only the named lessee and his/her invited guests may occupy the cottage. The named lessee must be in residence and this lease is not assignable or transferable. 4) Guests are requested to contact owner or caretaker upon arrival and to report any issue that is not satisfactory in order to allow the owner to rectify the problem, if possible. All complaints readily discoverable, must be notified within 24 hours of arrival. 5) Guests are requested to be mindful not to bring sand into the house, which makes the cleaning for change over difficult. 6) Guests are requested to strip beds before leaving and to start the first load of wash. It would be appreciated if some towels were washed the night before departure, if possible. 7) Kindly keep in mind that as your host, I work very hard to assure a pleasant stay. Therefore, I would appreciate being contacted immediately should any issue arise that would impede your most satisfactory comments.
