The Apartment has a code on the entrance door and also on the apartment door, so no need to worry about losing your keys! The apartment is completely independent. I am rarely home during the day coming back only after 10:00pm to sleep. We are located in a very nice, quiet and safe area. One or two blocks away from all kinds of shops and restaurants. Very friendly neighborhood . We have the same main entrance with a little porch. Your apartment is upstairs with an independent door. I live downstairs with my mother and two dogs. The dogs don’t come through the main entrance so you will only see them some times in the backyard. You can reach us through text anytime, day and night. We are so blessed to have chosen this area. One of the cleanest, best and closest to Manhattan. Great access with by bus. You can get around very easily because the streets are most with numbers. I’m in Manhattan a lot so also available for any help you need.
