The first floor is 1,250 square feet. We do not rent the second floor, it remains vacant at all times so you will have your privacy. The neighborhood is quiet, full of trees and has amazing views of the church steeples, downtown historic buildings and of course the Mississippi River. You will be just at the top of the 11th Street stairs which take you down to wonderful restaurants, coffee houses and shops. If you prefer not to walk, you are a 2 minute car ride to the action. Dubuque has many taxi services, Lyft and Uber as well. Our home has on street parking. Also, there are about 20 steps to the front door of the home from the street. There is a handrail for the stairs.
