The space Come enjoy our relaxing 1 bedroom, newly remolded, fully stocked condo in Kona Shores, a cute older condo complex on the scenic Ali'i Drive less than a mile from town. 1 brand new Queen memory foam bed, 1 Queen sofa sleeper, and kitchen table all comfortably accommodate 4 people. New air conditioning unit in living room quickly cools the whole place now that we opened up the wall to the bedroom for a spacious feeling. Ground floor unit on Ali'i drive gives you easy access to the assigned parking spot to make coming and going a breeze. Our condo is fully stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms for 4 people with everything you will need. We also provide 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for you to use while you enjoy your stay with us. The oceanfront pool is amazing to sit and watch the sunset. Green flash coffee is located next door and town is less than a mile walking distance. Guest access While staying at our condo you have access to the shared ocean front condo pool, BBQ area which is shared but can also be reserved, and a coin operated laundry facility. The keys are in a lock box and one assigned parking space is provided conveniently located outside back lanai door. Kona Shores is as older complex but well maintained.
