New air conditioning unit in living room quickly cools the whole place now that we opened up the wall to the bedroom for a spacious feeling. Ground floor unit on Ali'i drive gives you easy access to the assigned parking spot to make coming and going a breeze. Our condo is fully stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms for 4 people with everything you will need. We also provide 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for you to use while you enjoy your stay with us. The oceanfront pool is amazing to sit and watch the sunset. Green flash coffee is located next door and town is less than a mile walking distance. While staying at our condo you have access to the shared ocean front condo pool, BBQ area which is shared but can also be reserved, and a coin operated laundry facility. The keys are in a lock box and one assigned parking space is provided conveniently located outside back lanai door. Kona Shores is as older complex but well maintained. Please no smoking inside the condo. We want you to feel at home during your stay at our condo and the lock box for keys allows you to come and go without the worry of losing keys. We live about 15 minutes up the hill. We are a phone call away for any questions, recommendations, or maintenance needs. Kona Shores is a family friendly condo complex with locals who live here and vacation rentals. It is Less than a mile to town so you are out of the hustle and bustle but yet within walking distance to enjoy the town life. As with any condo complex, common courtesy to keep noise down, especially at night is appreciated by all. This condo is a ground floor unit with easy access for all your luggage. No smoking in the unit and common areas. Rental bike stand now located right across the street.
