The house living space is 1000 square feet with an additional 400 square feet of deck and a double carport. The house is great for couples, solo travelers, and families with kids. Lush foliage is abundant, with banana, citrus, and avocado trees planted throughout the yard. The house is perfect for a relaxing vacation in a quiet, private, and peaceful tropical setting. Guest access The house has a variety of features to ensure you have a wonderful stay on Maui. The large outdoor patio has teak wood furniture and a gas barbecue, perfect for enjoying dinner while watching the sunset. We offer a modern fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, cookware, dishes, and utensils. The home includes high-speed wireless internet, two smart TVs, an Apple TV media streamer, a stereo system, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom includes a king bed, a large closet, and a master bathroom with a double walk-in shower and a private outdoor shower. There is also a separate tv viewing area with a sofa and a second guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Other things to note The cottage is located on a 2.9 acre property, which includes a house where the hosts live. One dog, a friendly miniature labradoodle, lives inside the hosts' home and will not be at the cottage.
