The kitchen will be well stocked with all your meal planning necessities, pots, pans, utensils. The main level features one Master King ensuite and a den/play room. The upstairs features 2 spacious bedrooms a 2nd King Master on suite the other bedroom on this level is the ''bunk room'' featuring a double bunk and a queen bed, great room for the kids. The living room is on this level which is spacious and comfortable. Wonderful cathedral ceilings provides the home with lots of natural light and the living room is a great conversation space, neat and is tastefully furnished with all traditional Cape Cod décor. additionally this floor features a bar area 2nd fridge and sink for additional storage of groceries for your stay. This living room has a large screen smart TV and lots of seating to accommodate your whole groups needs. Here is where you can cuddle up with a great book alone or enjoying reading to the kids and grandkids. A round table is perfect for playing cards checkers or any number of board games with all your guests. Our cheerful home is a great setting to gather as a family to relax and bond. If you desire a relaxing day at home you can certainly have that in the comfort of a central air conditioned home. If you prefer being outdoors having fun in the sun at the beautiful private beach which is only a 3 1/2 minute walk from our property. This offers the perfect spot to building memories as you play with the children, grandchildren, nieces or nephews. Our home offers every aspect of a summer lifestyle full of fun, sun and saltwater breezes. You can enjoy nights outdoors on the deck off the kitchen, sitting in the private yard while enjoying the well landscaped yard unwinding, grilling, and dining after a great day at the beach by sipping your favorite cocktail, mock tail or enjoying roasting marshmallow at the fire pit. We are very much aware that guests may have questions and anxieties about travel and where to book for their Spring/summer 2021 vacation home away from home. We want to share with our potential guests what we are doing in preparation to welcome our guests. We have taken the pledge and adopted standards consistent with the Safe summer 2021 initiative. Just as we did for last summer's rental season. We worked hard in 2020 to create a safe and healthy environment for our guest to vacation in. We will continue to remain committed to our guest safety, well-being and enjoyment while at our property and especially during these continued challenging times. We have had a proactive plan to manage and prepare our vacation home for all guests. We have implemented best practices and enhance cleaning and disinfecting standards as we follow a model cleaning plan and procedures for our home prior to and in between all guests' stay. These measures meet Massachusetts lodging protocols and checklist which is a requirement of all homeowners of short term rentals as we wish to provide our guests with safety and peace of mind.
