One bedroom is located on the first floor with a full bathroom .Family orientated with all the things needed for a younger family Very large yard directly on the North River. Access to shared pier for fishing, boating . Beach access is approximately 14 houses away Pets allowed with prior approval and an added cleaning fee . Please feel free to use what you see board games, puzzles and younger children toys The space Guests are allowed to use any space the only space that is off limits is the lower level. Guests are allowed to use anything that would make their stay more enjoyable. Plenty of seating and toys if the weather doesn’t cooperate grab a board game or puzzle. Mother Nature is not always kind. Sometimes things get moved due to wind we try our best to make sure everything is in its place Living along the salt water does a toll on lots Again it is a FAMILY home you are renting if this isn’t what you are looking for please don’t book My grandchildren and children mean the world I hope your family enjoys too Guest access The main three levels are for the guest use, The basement and lower shed is only for the owners personal storage no one will be sharing the space Please read the entire listing. This is a family home that we love There is plenty of space to enjoy The ocean is across the street for views and sleeping sounds but there is no access to it threw yards it is private beach the public is about 14 houses to left and another with life guard is about a mile to the right You do have full access to the river for boating fishing and we swim but it is deep except at low tide Other things to note The lower level is not included in the rental but not in use at the time of the rental no large gatherings without prior approval
