By using the kayaks, standup paddle boards or bikes, you assume all liability. Other things to note There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room which you are free to use. Please bring your own wood and fire starter. The flue is permanently open. Since the cottage is surrounded by trees it will have its share of mosquitos and no see ums. If window is left open at night and a light is on in a room small bugs may come through. Therefore, we recommend closing all windows before dusk to prevent this. All our cottages are treated for bugs/ants by Fowler Pest Control. *The property is surrounded by water and does attract waterfowl so droppings may be found on the grass. Please help to discourage geese on the lawn during your stay (please do not feed them).
