To ensure the utmost safety for our guests and long term tenants, you’ll receive a code from Maverick Suites to gain access to the building. Once inside you will find a modern communal office/work space with free high speed wifi and complimentary coffee station on the first floor. There is also a gym area for your use and enjoyment. On the third and fourth floor you will be able to take advantage of some communal common spaces including a kitchenette, a TV lounge area and pool table!  Upon entering the apartment you are greeted with natural light and a full Kitchen set up, with tall seats and dining counter . Grab some ingredients and you’ll have virtually everything you could need to prepare and enjoy any meal. Next your eyes will be drawn to the newly furnished modern living room with spacious couch and stunning wood pieces. Gather to play games (provided), watch TV (smart Tv) or simply unwind and relax together comfortably! Tucked around the corner is your bedroom retreat featuring a 12” memory foam Queen mattress, ample closet space stocked with extra blankets. Stylish furniture to match completes the space. A spacious full bathroom, with handicap accessible shower, large mirror and in-suite washer and dryer are important features that set this space apart. Feel safe and secure at your convenience! Maverick Suites uses a self check-in process using smart lock systems. Your smart lock codes and check in instructions will arrive to your inbox 24 hours before your check in date. If you experience any issues or need assistance during your check in, our concierge team is available for calls and replies online from 10am-8pm; we have emergency line available for messages after hours. Maverick Suites does not employ 24hr staff on site. No wheels? Any guest found to be smoking in their apartment will be subject to immediate cancellation of their reservation and a $250 fee. Pets are allowed with an accompanying fee (based on length of stay) and a $250 security deposit. The building is pet friendly however, we do ask that pets are well behaved and the guests are mindful of this. The building host many permanent residents and we wish to remain cordial at all times.
