Off Season Check In/Check Out: From October to April we offer early check in and late check out for all stays. The Bubble is a special place for friends and family to enjoy a relaxing time together. 3 blocks from the beach this 3-bedroom home is perfect for spending time together and creating memories. Enjoy coffee on the front porch and dinners in the backyard. Take a stroll to a variety of dining options in town or a short ride to Asbury Park to catch a show. Traditional boardwalk entertainment at Jenkinsons is 10 minutes away and The Bubble is the relaxing place between it all! We designed our home to be a comfortable escape for our family and we know it will be one for yours as well. Our home has wooden floors throughout with vintage rugs, comfortable and spacious seating areas, well planned to accommodate your entire group throughout your visit. Our kitchen is stocked with a chef in mind so that almost any meal can be created along with plenty of serving dishes, cups, plates and cutlery. A blender, quality knives even a skillet for morning pancakes and pizza stone to heat up leftovers. We provide coffee, tea, half and half, salt, pepper, olive oil and additional spices and condiments. We also provide a popcorn maker and kernels for movie nights and snacking. An assortment of board games & books will keep everyone occupied if the beach is not enough. On the front porch we have chalk and bubbles as well as a full size cornhole game. Forget vacation homes with the minimum! The front porch has seating and dining options. The backyard has a firepit and grill for your use as well as seating for all. Enjoy a lovely evening under the canopy or watch a movie on the outdoor tv with the kids. (Outdoor tv is only available May to October) S’more making is strongly encouraged! We have parking for two cars in the driveway, the only time street parking can be a challenge is during the summer. The ground floor guest room has a queen size bed and in its closet a highchair and baby gate to keep the littlest guests safe and happy during their stay. Upstairs the “kids” room with two twin beds, books, a train set, magna tiles and other toys creates a lovely space for our younger guests while still comfortably accommodating 2 adults. The primary bedroom is upstairs with a King Size bed and plenty of room to relax. A comfortable corner to read and beautiful light all day long. In the closet is a pop and play and the room is large enough to comfortably set it up for your entire stay. Stay comfortable during your stay with central Air/Heat easily adjusted with a Nest thermostat and a brand new HVAC system. We provide Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash & Lotion from Public Goods. Made in North America these products are free of Parabens, synthetic fragrance, sodium lauryl sulfates, phthalates nor anything from formaldehyde. Our sheets and towels are 100% cotton. We believe in a well stocked vacation home, you won't ever have to ask for more toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, sponges, hot pad, etc. We have you covered. During the warmer months (May to October) you can enjoy the outdoor shower in the backyard with both hot & cold water. We provide 6 beach tags for your stay as well as beach towels, chairs and two umbrellas. A cart to move it all up and back and you are set! The beach cart and chairs are not available November to April. We have quite a few visitors who come to town for the weekend to attend weddings! Go ahead and pack light, we provide an iron, steamer, lint roller, blow dryer, curling irons and a diffuser. Belmar Borough like any other beach town has rules about how people should behave and the community pays special attention during the summer months. Cheers, M&E Guest access The backyard of the home is for guests use but the accessory building in the back of the property may be accessed by us, if we are in town. The back house is not for rent. The back building, basement and hot tub are not available for guests use. Other things to note The maximum capacity of our home is 6 people this is the capacity dictated by the borough of Belmar and it is how many people our home is set up to comfortably accommodate at the level of quality that we strive to achieve. We will provide you with our CO/Rental Permit for our home when we send you check in information. We welcome one well trained pet per visit all pets must be disclosed during booking or requested prior to arrival. Please keep pets off of furniture and out of beds. Dogs must be leashed in Belmar. There is a dog beach until 9 am on Ocean and North Blvd. We provide waste bags so you can clean up after your furry friend. If you have allergies to dogs, we probably are not the right home for you. Our street is predominantly owner-occupied homes, and we would like to rent to adults and families, so it is helpful if you include a description of your group when you inquire. We would like to respect the families in the surrounding homes. Our neighbors are great, and Ellen's family has been on the corner for over 15 years. We do not allow smoking or parties. Guests have to provide their ID's prior to check in. Renters must be 30 years old. Should you wish to add guests to your stay please just let us know you can have a maximum of 6 people. Should you violate the capacity of our home your reservation will be canceled without a refund and you will be asked to leave.
