We also boast the largest deck which allows direct access for fishing and swimming simply by jumping in! The space Cozy cabin vibes throughout this house that is so close to the water it's like sleeping on a boat! Driveway leads right down to house - with only 3 steps so easy access to main level living and extra large deck. Perfect for multi-generational families! First-floor primary bedroom with connected full bathroom featuring 1 queen bed + 1 twin daybed. Second floor has 2 bedrooms (1 full + 2 twins) with a shared full bathroom. Both indoor + outdoor dining areas, coffee station, breakfast bar and filtered drinking water. Rental includes 4 single kayaks & life vests, 1 paddleboard and assorted floaties! Stackable washer / dryer located on first floor for easy access. Gas grill, gas firepit and retractable electric awning for outdoor hangs in all weather! Everything you need for a great stay is included (linens, towels, etc). Bring your fishing rods + tackle box! Lake is stocked and there are some big fish in there. Culver Lake is a NJ's largest spring fed natural lake, that is surrounded by a private lake community. The Appalachian Trail and Stokes State Forest are nearby and there are many excellent waterfalls, hiking/biking/walking trails, and areas for bird watching. Culver Lake is also home to a family of bald eagles who are frequently spotted soaring at sunset! The Culver Community Beach is just down the road and there are Life guards on duty 7 days a week from mid-June to Labor Day, plus a Canteen in the Culver Lake Clubhouse cooks up lunch daily for a reasonable price. And if you enjoy golfing, you will find the Crystal Springs Golf Resort at Black Bear, Farmstead Golf Club in Lafayette, Bear Brook Golf Club in Newton, Hidden Acres Golf Course. Other Activities include: Winery’s and Distillery’s just 15 minutes away. Several Family Activities are close by, such as Mountain Creek Water Park (40 mins) and Camel Beach Water Park (90 mins), Space Farm Zoo and Museum (20 mins) and site seeing in Manhattan at sites like the Statue of Liberty or the Empire State Building (60 mins). Guest access Guests have full access to the house and property during their stay. Other things to note Guests will receive a personalized door code prior to check in to access the house. PETS on approval and for an additional $50 cleaning fee. NO MOTORBOAT USE OR ACCESS. This is a private lake that requires special certification and approval of all water vehicles. Paddleboards, kayaks and floats are included but no motorized boating permitted. **No large gatherings or parties permitted.
