Fenced in backyard with patio side, barbecue grill, and an outdoor shower. 3 short blocks to the beach and many eateries in walking distance! Linens not included. (Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows. 2 queen beds , 2 twin beds and a full size sofa bed. The space Sunroom, Great Room, Kitchen, Laundry Room, 1/2 Bath first floor, Full Barb 2nd Floor, 3 Bedroom (2nd Floor). Fenced In backyard with bbq grill, patio set and outside h/c shower (not enclosed). Storage room has 4 Bikes, a few chairs, beach toys etc. plenty of room to store your favorite beach supplies (chairs etc)
