Every detail of our home was created with comfort & functionality in mind while providing design aesthetics that add a little extra to the experience. Our home provides a bright and airy feel and is beautifully decorated with simplicity in mind that provides a homey feel. Enjoy the features of our home from quartz countertops, to stainless steel full-size appliances, along with the convenience of a washer and dryer. The open-living concept creates a great space for bringing dining and living room relaxing together. The living room has a smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc., via guest account. The desk area provides a designated space to be able to utilize Wifi and work from home if needed. We truly hope that during your stay you can de-stress and disconnect. **Please note, bed sheets, bathroom towels, and beach towels are not provided. Local linen rental resources will be provided after booking or it is encouraged to bring your own.** Enjoy our private fenced in yard with an outdoor shower, bbq for grilling, and a propane fire column to relax and unwind near. A propane tank is provided, but filling is the guests responsibility when needed. Our home has two exits with a keypad entry for self check-in and easy accessibility during your stay. There is also a front door security camera that monitors the outside. Our home is conveniently located to multiple beach locations-White Sands, Midway Beach, Seaside Park Beach, and Island Beach State Park. Walking distance to local restaurants and a short drive to the boardwalk. After a fun filled day, you can catch some amazing sunsets over the bay. Our home provides a comfortable stay for a maximum of 6 people. While our home provides multiple sleeping options, our limit for the maximum capacity is six (6) guests to allow for the most comfortable stay. As this is a family home, it is ideally designed for couples, a single family, or a peaceful friends getaway. We will not accept any prom or graduation groups. The primary renter must be attending for the duration of the stay. All house rules are clearly stipulated prior to booking and we expect that you adhere to them. Our goal is to make your stay memorable, enjoyable, and as comfortable as possible! As this is our family home, we only rent during the times we aren't occupying it. With that being said, if you're looking for a party atmosphere, a hangout spot, or for multiple people to drop in and out, our home is not the best option for you. As we know that each situation can be different, please feel free to message us with any questions prior to booking. Other things to note Extended stays will only be considered during the off season. No Loud music, parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. Please be honest about the number of people in our home, not adhering to the maximum guest capacity is frowned upon. This is our family home and only rented during the times we aren't occupying it. We ask that all guests interested in staying will adhere to our extended house rules prior to booking and be respectful during their stay.
