The apartment has central AC, WiFi, a large couch & a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ice maker, all cookware, glasses, etc.) There is direct backyard access w/ your own patio, table and grill. Includes Beach badges, linens, bath towels and 1 parking. Other things to note While we love our guests and always strive for everyone to have a wonderful stay please take note of the following: - Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am. - MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25 and ID is required prior to check in. - NO 3rd PARTY BOOKING ALLOWED - please do not leave teenage children unattended overnight - your reservation will be cancelled and you will not be reimbursed. - Any lost badges will incur a replacement fee of $65 per badge. - No fireworks are allowed on the property. - There is no smoking anywhere on the property, including the backyard. - No large groups or visitors are allowed. - Please note that many neighbors are year-round residents and guests must be respectful and keep noise levels moderate. We ask for quiet after 10pm. - The outside of the property is monitored. Thank you!
