Everything you need for the perfect stay! The space The condo is newly renovated and well maintained with a lot of TLC. Check the reviews. The condo has a garden view, and it is located in the back of the building. As a corner unit with a larger lanai, it is extremely private. Please note that you do hear some light traffic from Kuakini Road during the day. You have a reserved parking spot in the garage which is directly under the unit and super convenient. I hope you enjoy the condo it as much as I do when I am in Kona!!! Other things to note Please note that we do not allow bikes in the condo, and the building does not have bike racks. You have a reserved parking spot. The town shuttle stops in front of the condo, or you can walk to town which is 7-8 minutes down Ali'i. If you rent a vehicle, it would be best that you don't get anything larger than a Jeep to ensure no issues with accessing the parking garage or assigned space.
