The space The Grand Foyer welcomes you, french doors lead into the living room which is open to the Dinning room that seats eight, two sets of French doors open into the sun porch/Home gym where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and exercise on a few select pieces of equipment. The rear gym entrance steps into the fully equipped Kitchen where preparing meals is easy with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, porcelain tile floors, oak cabinets and a period cupboard. The laundry room completes this level with access to the rear patio. A rear interior stairway takes you from the kitchen to the second floor where three inviting bedrooms await you. A fourth bedroom, the master suite offers a smart TV, private marble tiled bathroom with Cherry Vanity and Jacuzzi tub. Another flight of steps takes you to the third floor where 3 bedrooms and a full renovated bathroom are located. Guest access Access is provided to your private bedroom, living room, dinning room, sun room/gym, kitchen, laundry room & shared bathrooms.
