This is a Turn of the Century Victorian Home. It was built in 1900, we are the 3rd owners. It has been well loved and given a new look. It is our desire to share this with unique space with everyone. You will have a warm and inviting space to relax in. Upgrades include an extensive water filtration system and thermostatic shower controls. Kingston Suites also offers central air and heat for each floor giving you control of your comfort. This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY. There are 3 suites total You will enter through a lobby with keypad entries to each suite. This home does contain 3 levels of suites. This first floor has both a King and Queen bedroom, as well as a living room, and an up scale bathroom. We have now added an extra curtain to seperate the King bedroom from the living room for extra privacy. Each shower has a shower head and handheld option. There are stairs going to all levels of the building. We will have a Keurig coffee pot in the lobby with several choices as well as a small coffee pot in your suite. We have also provided a small refrigerator in your suite. If you are interested you will find more about the house in the folder in your room. I will be happy to handle any reasonable requests. Please email with any questions. Kingston suites is near the McGrath Amphitheater located in the upcoming Kingston Area. It is also close to the NewBo and Czech Village as well as downtown, all are within walking distance. These areas of Cedar Rapids offer great shopping and dining as well as activities for all ages. The city also has great Farmers Market in downtown throughout the summer. Also access to bike and walking trails are within a short distance. This property was designed to be a luxury getaway for a weekend or more. A directory of local businesses and brief descriptions will be provided in room folder as well for your convenience. Cedar Rapids is friendly to bikes with several bike lanes in all areas close to Kingston Suites. Most businesses are withing walking distance to property. Other options also includes Uber, Lyft, Cabs and Public Transportation. Earlier check-ins other than four are almost always available. On a rare instance it may be 4pm. Please ask when booking!
