The space The Perch is a spacious 415 sq. ft recently renovated one bedroom condo that's part of Fisherman's Cove beachfront condo association. The bedroom hosts a queen size storage platform bed, two adjustable wall sconces, a 48" LG OLED smart tv, fan, two luggage racks, and a decorative shiplap accent wall. The two large windows make for a bright and airy space and are equipped with top down bottom up blackout shades for personalized privacy and comfort. The living area is a nicely decorated open concept dining/living space with a queen size west elm pullout sofa with Tempurpedic mattress for the additional guest. The kitchen is equipped with cooking supplies, a shiplap accent wall, K-Cup Duo coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, a Brita water pitcher and cookware. The bathroom has a tiled stand up shower with glass door and architectural reclaimed wooden shelves. The non- tandem parking space is easy to access without the fuss or hassle of coordinating times or access with meters or other guests. In the summer season (July-early September) there is a 7 night minimum for all guests with check in and check out on Saturdays.
