The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood, walking distance from shops, local eats and fun outdoor activities. The space Each bedroom comes equipped with a standard queen-sized bed, fluffy pillows and clean linen, desk and storage space, good lighting and a complete shared bathroom. Guests are given complete access to the kitchen to cook meals, dine and socialize; the living room to lounge; the laundry space for washing and drying, and other common areas within the apartment, which are also completely accessible to guests. 1 of the bedrooms has an ensuite twin room. Bedrooms are with queen beds encased in soft linens, ample closet space, good lighting and a work-centric desk area suited for remote work and studies. The apartment and all bedroom doors come with a specialized keyless access lock (you will be given your own code). Utilities are all included and cleaning of all common spaces are done each week. Other things to note Reservation Requirements Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements. 1) Completing our guest verification form which includes the primary guest should upload a selfie holding a valid identification card on the form, this should also match with the credit card information used for making the reservation and the information entered on the booking platform. 2) Guest form to know our guests a little better, confirm your contact details, and make sure you sign all the paperwork needed such as the Rental Agreement. We specify all reservation details and in-stay guides in a virtual guidebook provided prior to check-in. You will need to complete the above reservation requirements before access will be given. House Rules and Safety * Mid-Stay Cleaning is available with a fee and needs to be scheduled ahead of time. * We are required to allow the building to access the unit from time to time for maintenance, tours, or inspections. Notice may not be provided, but if we do receive notice we will surely pass it on. * Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. * Pets are not allowed. * Our properties are not ideal for loud, rowdy groups. If we receive a noise complaint, a fine will be charged. * Excessive mess and trash left at the property upon checkout may result in additional fees for cleaning. * For the comfort and peace of all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are put in order from 9 PM until 9 AM.
