Welcome to the newest build in Dyersville! This sleek, modern condo is located just 4 miles from The Field of Dreams movie site, MLB stadium and soon to be completed youth baseball complex. It is also one block off of downtown Dyersville with its many restaurants, brewery and other attractions. Enjoy all the amenities of a full home with the ease of a condo. There is a sofa sleepers in the living room. The private bedroom has a king bed, night stands, desk, storage cabinet and a closet. The full bath has a washer and dryer, free for use. Guest access You are renting the full condo. There will also be access to the outdoor patio on level 3 which overlooks downtown and the Textile Brewery. Other things to note This is a BYOP (bring your own password) rental for streaming services. There are also many free options for television including news, sports, movies and tv series. The TV's are set up with built-in Roku's. A simple procedure and description on how this works will sent to you after booking. The best part is the tv's are set to guest mode which allows you to enter your departure date which will automatically delete any of your passwords you entered. Daily trains do run on the north edge of Dyersville. Several run during the day starting at 5 am and the last one is typically at 10 pm. One laundry pod provided to start the first load of laundry when you leave. Please bring additional pods if you wish to do your own laundry during your stay.
