For ease of unpacking there is a large capacity elevator located just down the entrance hallway along with a staircase for access to the second floor. Unit 203 is located in the rear right of the building. When you enter Perfect Rx you will find a luxurious light-soaked bi-level floor plan waiting for you. Wide plank oak hardwood floors and modern coastal decor greet you along with a deluxe chef's kitchen with a Wolf induction range and convection oven. Off the hallway you will find Bedroom #2 with a queen bed, dresser and large closet. Across the hall is Bathroom #1 a full bath with Carrara marbleized porcelain tile flooring and a flat front soaking tub in a wonderful nautical decor. Bedroom #1 is at the end of the hallway with a plush king size bed, dresser and large walk in closet. Includes a flat screen TV for bedtime viewing. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks and a rain shower head in the tiled shower with mosaic details and frameless glass doors. Off the dining area you will find the staircase that leads you to the upstairs bonus room and rooftop terrace. You are greeted at the top of the stairs by a deluxe dry bar with mini fridge, comfortable couch with chaise lounge that opens to a bed for extra sleeping. Large flat screen TV is ready for gamers with easy access for setting up game consoles. Two leather chairs, games and other relaxing activities await you in this great space.
