Open minded and Welcoming to all people. However as this is our home and we live under the rental space we have basic rules: Please respect us, our neighbors, and each other. The Bywater and New Orleans is a very diverse place with people of ALL walks of life. We welcome everyone and expect the people that stay here to be respectful of their fellow-person. New Orleans is a drinking, partying all night city, but our rental space is not. We live downstairs and unfortunately have to work and sleep as do our neighbors so just be mindful and don't plan a loud party in our space. We ask for a 5 night minimum stay during Mardi Gras. Trust us you will want to be here the 5 nights before Fat Tuesday and you will want to leave Ash Wednesday in order to fully see Mardi Gras! Our place is huge, but it is only for those who have rented it, so no added guests during your stay please. A valid form of identification is required when you arrive (passport or driver's license) A copy will be made of it for security purposes. These measures are put in place to help protect all of us. We ask for a minimum 5 night stay for Mardi Gras. Trust us you don’t want to miss the Muses parade and you don’t want to leave on Mardi Gras day. No smoking in apartment. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if you don't respect the house rules. Registration Details 19STR-22298
