The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the unit for ultimate privacy. It is equipped with two twin size beds (that may be converted into a king upon request at time of booking), a television as well and its own private bathroom with a large shower. All guests who stay at the Mauna Lani Terrace will have access to use the communal pool (heated), children's pool, hot tub, a community kitchen and picnic areas with seating and gas BBQ's. The picnic areas & community kitchen may be reserved with the Resident Manager for outdoor cookouts. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a non-smoking property. As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs). Our on-site resort office at the Mauna Lani Terrace is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. Other things to note The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax in 2025 and 18.712% in 2026 on the rent and additional fees (which should be INCLUDED in the price).
