This house is available for winter rentals on Minot beach in Scituate, MA. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Master bed includes king and full bathroom. Open kitchen overlooks a large family room as well as a second living space. Spacious deck with a breathtaking private view of the beach. Please note that during this time, the stairs will NOT be down but the beach is fully accessible via a public opening about 600ft away. During times of severe weather, the house will be boarded to protect the home as it is directly on the water. Although this is the full home, there is a basement apartment that may or may not have tenants. There is no shared space or shared access.
