The space This spacious one bedroom, one bathroom mountain view villa can sleep up to four people comfortably. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. This luxurious bathroom consists of an oversized soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and dual vanities. Outside the bedroom are the living and dining areas. The living room has a sleeper sofa, large floor to ceiling windows, a fully furnished balcony, and a large TV. The dining area comes with a table for six to eat at comfortably. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a homemade meal. It comes with a full size refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, glassware, and utensils. Off the side of the kitchen is a washer and dryer for your convenience. This property has everything you need for a tropical vacation. There is a lagoon style family pool with jacuzzis, which has a slide and grotto area. There is a reflection pool where you can enjoy some quiet time in the sun as well. Or you can walk out to a private sandy beach and lagoon with clear, blue waters. After that you can enjoy some time at the private Spa by the Sea. There are also tons of family activities such a kayaking, hiking, sailing, scuba diving, and even games like table tennis. There is even a Kid's Activity Center for the little ones to take a sun break in. At night you can enjoy one of four onsite restaurants, which includes an authentic Fia Fia -Polynesian Dinner Show on Tuesdays. Off the property find exciting tourist attractions like Ko Olina Helicopters (Tours) and Paradise Cove Luau (Hawaiian Show), neither are very far from the property. All other resort pools and amenities are expected to remain open during this time. Beginning Jan. 4, 2027 to Jun. 23, 2027, the Kona Tower at the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
