Completely renovated in 2018, this 1850’s historic Oceanfront home features 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms with custom luxury showers. There are Ocean Views from nearly every room of the house. Relax on the huge wrap around porch while taking in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Brant Rock Beach is just a 5 minute stroll away! 3 minutes walking to bars, restaurants, and shops. Duxbury Beach is also minutes away, or enjoy the beautiful Rexhame Beach which is 3 miles away! The space Other amenities include WIFI, cable TVs in the living room and two King Sized Bedrooms, an outdoor grill on the covered wrap around porch, a brand new and fully-equipped kitchen with gas stove double sinks, dishwasher and top of the line Refrigerator with Ice Maker. The house is also equipped with central air conditioning and a full house generator. Original, fully restored hardwood floors are found throughout the house. In the luxuriously decorated living room, enjoy ocean views and lovely new ceiling fan. The dining area is complete with seating for at least 8 with a bar area. Our home comfortably sleeps 8 in bedrooms but can sleep 2 more on the very comfortable (also brand new) queen pull out sofa with memory foam mattress which is located in the living room. We have a brand new washer and dryer in the kitchen. We also have two bicycles that guests are free to use and plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon. The house should be left broom swept and food items removed. Basically, we ask that guests please leave the house as they found it. Other things to note We do not allow our home to be used as a "party house" or "crash pad." Parking is limited to about 4 cars. Also, there are year-round neighbors on all sides of the home that take notice and contact us if things get loud, large, or rowdy.
