A beautiful single family located at about 4 miles away from the city of Boston . 2 minutes’ walk from the house to take buses to orange T line to bring you to down town Boston . The T station ( forest hill station ) is less than 1.3 miles from my house . Uber is another option to bring you to the T station too . Easy excess to Highway . Very nice home in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a reasonable price compared to the expensive hotel price in downtown Boston. The space This 2500 square feet house with central AC and heating located in a beautiful tree-lined street of the city of Boston . Have 3 good size bedrooms on the second floor with fully equipped kitchen,dining room and a living room and 1.5 baths . One bedroom and a family room and 1 full bathroom on the first floor. There are three big TVs in this house . the 70 inches one is on the second floor living room and the other 65 inches one is on the first floor and there is one installed in the master bedroom. Very easy to go to down town Boston and nearby university such as Harvard,MIT , Boston college, Boston university ,tufts university, Babson college ,Wellsley college , and Brandies university as well . Very close to long wood medical center , Boston children’s hospital , Red Sox Fenway park , and the golf court which hold The US open in Brookline Massachusetts . Close to local shopping center and dining restaurant as well . Easy excess to highway .Nice home away from your home .
