This efficient back house was recently renovated and sleeps four. It features a queen murphy bed with (Tuft and Needle mattress) and a queen sofa pull out bed. Powder room and shower room. Full kitchen with range and microwave and full-size refrigerator. Stacked washer and dryer. Climate controlled unit. T.V. with cable and high-speed internet. There is a covered front and side patio with a seating area for the Back House. This is a very comfortable space which is walkable to anywhere in Okoboji. Location, Location, Location: - 530 steps to the Ritz; (We know these steps will not be straight on the way back from the Ritz) - 530 steps to boat rental; - 290 steps to Smiles with Miles; - 70 steps to the Coffee Kup Kafe; - 900 steps Mau Marina and The Okoboji Store; - 550 steps to public beach; - 50 steps to Boji Spudz (donut shop); - 950 steps to arnolds park; - 550 steps to the emporium; - 200 steps to the Boondocks (small convenience store / gas station / Jimmy Johns, across the street) - 10 steps to the Arnolds Park Police Department and City Hall ;-) - Sorry, going to have to drive to the Taco House (a few miles).
