With quiet, clean beaches and many things to do all within walking distance you'll have no reason to get back into your car. The beach is one short block away. The space This private 2 bedroom condo is fully furnished and includes 4 Brigantine Beach tags. From the deck you can take your pick of Ocean or Bay views. In just a few steps, you can be sitting at the beach, dining at the famous Pirate's Den Restaurant, climbing the viewing tower, fishing in the bay or taking a walk along sea wall. When your ready to relax with your feet on the sand, walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Pets are welcome with a charge of $150 per stay. Pillows and bed covers provided. All linens (sheets, towels and beach towels) can be provided for a charge of $100 per stay. Guest access You will enter the condo on the 2nd floor via code on the front door. The middle staircase, of three, leads to a common deck area with picnic table and chairs to enjoy outdoor eating, viewing of the bay, watching the sunrise or sunset over the water or listening to the ocean. On the street level there is a shared gated courtyard with picnic table and chairs to relax and enjoy the fresh air. You will have access to all of these areas.
