Amsden Place is clean to the extreme and is located on a very safe and quiet suburban side street with all the luxuries of home such as a kitchen, dishes, wine glasses, silverware and cups, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee-maker, tea kettle, refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, formal dining room, desk, free WiFi, cable TV in three rooms, 7-point stereo system, blue-ray. You will have full private access to the apartment as well as all the apartment amenities. We are available to answer your questions and help with any additional services you may need since we live in the only other apartment in this home. If you have any problems during your stay, please let us know immediately so we may provide a remedy as soon as possible. If you message us, our response time is usually within minutes. Amsden Place is in a very safe area located close to public transportation, the historic Minuteman Bike Trail (also great for walking and jogging). Amsden Place has easy access by car to Boston, Cambridge, Medford, Somerville, Lexington, Woburn, Rt 2, Rt, 93, and Rt 128. You will have your own off-street single car parking spot in our private driveway next to the front steps to Amsden Place. You also have unlimited free street parking during the day. The Town of Arlington does not allow overnight street parking.
