The space This is a home built in 1940 with old LBI backbone, everything else is brand new! Me and my husband live in the front main part of the home with a side studio available for small family of 4 and the back apartment that sleeps 7. Each area has their own private entrance & yard with out door shower, BBQ/patio. Beach badges are provided. Guest access Your space is located in the back of the house. There is a private walk down the side of house which leads you into your private backyard with patio and stairs leading to the apartment. It includes an outdoor shower, bbq, and common laundry area in ground level. Other things to note There is key-less entry, therefore, you can check in and out on your own.
