Cozy Older Home in Quiet Shreveport Neighborhood

Welcome. Please read before booking. This is an older, budget friendly home in a quiet area just outside Shreveport. It is not luxury or hotel style, but it is a safe and comfortable place to stay. Beds include a king, full, bunk beds, and a pullout couch. Up to 8 guests depending on sleeping arrangements. Front porch, large side yard and backyard, plus a coffee station with coffee and tea. Good for families visiting relatives. House Rules: No smoking indoors. No parties or large gatherings. The space easy and convenient location close to the interstate and 5-10 minutes to downtown. smoking is allowed on the property but not in the house, if you are extra sensitive to smell this may not be the place for you, it is an old house, but most people don't notice any smells other than cleaning products. The house is also close to a large lake, and it is Louisiana, so there are bugs, some bugs may get inside from time to time, we do our best to keep them out and take care of any that get inside.
