The house features a large side yard and backyard, a cozy front porch, and a stocked coffee bar with multiple types of coffee, tea, and sweeteners for you to enjoy. House Rules: No smoking indoors No parties or large gatherings The space easy and convenient location close to the interstate and 5-10 minutes to downtown. smoking is allowed on the property but not in the house, if you are extra sensitive to smell this may not be the place for you, it is an old house, but most people don't notice any smells other than cleaning products. The house is also close to a large lake, and it is Louisiana, so there are bugs, some bugs may get inside from time to time, we do our best to keep them out and take care of any that get inside.
