Other Things to Note * This cottage is located on a private, quiet road — peaceful yet close to everything. * There are stairs to access the property; may not be ideal for all ages. * Bathroom features a cast-iron tub/shower, so guests must be able to step into the tub. * While there is not a direct lake view from inside the home, the cottage offers a charming courtyard and very close, easy deeded shared access to the water for swimming and kayaking. * Washer & dryer available for longer-term stays upon request. * Please follow the marked path to the lake and avoid walking on the rocks used for drainage. Guest access The cottage is sweet and charming and offers deeded lake rights. Ideally located just steps from the lake on a private road, the cottage allows access to the water to enjoy swimming and kayaking, fishing etc. and is a great spot to soak in the magical sunsets over the mountain. Water access is shared. The cottage's open concept features a remodeled kitchen with brand new as of. 12/25 appliances, quartz countertops, counter stools and more all open and overlooking the living area that opens to the sunroom featuring a bright and welcoming dining area overlooking the fully fenced-in courtyard. Property is professionally cleaned to provide a clean, comfortable experience for our guests. Other things to note May not be suited for all ages. Stairs to access the property. Also, there is a cast iron tub shower so must be able to step into the tub to shower. There’s not much of a water view from the home, it has a private courtyard view and access to the water very close by on a private road. Washer and Dryer are available for longer term stays upon request. Area attractions include Old Sturbridge Village, wonderful restaurants, beautiful hiking trails and parks, and many local breweries including Tree House Brewery and Oakholm Brewery, Quaboag River, The Brimfield Winery, just minutes away and more. House Rules: Only guests on the listing are allowed to be on the property No parties allowed No pets over 25 lbs allowed, unless approved by host, 2 dog limit No smoking *Extra fees will be charged if pet violations, smoking, extra guests, or parties are found/held at the property Home has 2 bedrooms. One with a queen bed and one with a full bed. There is also a daybed in the sunroom with a trundle which is how a total of 6 guests would be able to stay. Home is ideal for 4 guests. *Please be mindful of the fact that this home is on a private sewer/septic system. Please don’t flush anything but toilet paper or put any household chemicals, oils, or grease down any of the drains. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Extras: Two kayaks are available for guests to use and enjoy the water upon request, please keep on property. There is a reverse osmosis water system for drinking water from the well. The basement is not accessible to guests. Only shower portion of bath tub is operational.
