Does it get any better? The unit also has its own outdoor space with a table to enjoy drinks, coffee, or meals. The space The unit is cozy! The entrance is on the first floor. When you enter the exterior door into the unit you will have a flight of stairs that takes you to the second floor and the unit. There is a Murphy bed in the unit which you can open and close to give yourself more space during your stay depending on your needs. The unit is a true studio so there is no formal sitting area. The kitchen is an efficiency kitchen, it has a small fridge with freezer, a microwave, Keurig Coffee machine & an air fryer which bakes, roasts, toasts and broils. The bathroom has a standing shower. Guest access Guest can access all areas of the space with the exception of a small crawlspace above the shower used for storage of owners items. Other things to note Laundry is shared and is in the laundry room. This is accessed by a back door off the property and is just a few feet outside the unit door. Door Code is 2625
