Escape to our lakefront home located on Massachusetts largest recreational lake.Bring your own boat or jet ski .Otis Reservoir is ideal for boating, swimming, and fishing. During the off season our home is a great get-away from the hustle and bustle There is very few residents around which gives a complete feel of serenity. When the lake freezes over you can ice skate, ice fish and there are snow mobile trails nearby. Please check out The Knox Trail Sno-Riders online for snowmobile information The space We are 20 minutes from Berkshire Attractions including Jacobs Pillow and Otis Ridge. The State Forest is also nearby with many hiking trails. Our kitchen is stocked to prepare any meal. There is a full dining room with a table that seats 6, as well as a living room that has many window views of the Beautiful lake. There is a master bedroom with a full bath located on the lower level that has a king size bed. with a smart cable t.v. Another room adjoining consists of a twin bed and cable tv . A second guest bedroom is located on the main floor that has a Doublebunk bed . This room also has a cable t.v. There is 1 full bathroom located on main level and one full bath on the lower level . The backyard has a patio over looking the lake. Plenty of lounge furniture to sit and relax, or grill out and dine outside at the 6 person outdoor table . We have a firepit, and side yard to play corn hole . We also have 3 kayaks, 1 canoe, and a 4 person pedal boat . Bring your boat and dock right at our personal dock . Please note that we do not have a huge driveway . You can fit 3 cars on a angle or a boat trailer and 2 cars. Other things to note Please note there is a 2nd dock where we keep our personal boat and may quietly access during your stay
